Manifolds for Natural Gas

For transporting, storing and processing of natural gas, the manifolds have to meet various requirements.

We are prepared for such demands. The design of the manifolds enables us to realize all kinds of customer requirements within a short time.

Features

External stem thread
Stem with rolled threads, back seat and non-rotating valve tip
Head unit with anti-tamper facility on request
The manifolds are available as standard in stainless steel (1.4404, AISI 316L). Excotic materials such as Monel^® 400 and Duplex stainless steel (1.4462, UNS No. 31803) on request.
Available with material certificates according to EN 10 204
The manifolds can be supplied according to NACE-standard

Pressure / Temperature Ratings
The operating range of the Manifold / Transmitter Assembly is determined by the medium, the material of the gasket between manifold and transmitter and the temperature limit of the Transmitter (approx. 120°C).

Inlet / Outlet: 1/2 NPT or G 1/2 female Test / Vent: 1/4 NPT or G 1/4 female Tube fittings, swivel gauge connectors, MINIMESS screw couplings etc. can be installed at the process, instrument and test ports Available with bracket for 2" pipe mounting, wall or rack mounting

3 Valve and 5 Valve Manifolds
Inlet: 1/2 NPT or G 1/2 female Outlet: for direct mounting to dp-Transmitters according to IEC 61518 type A or for direct mounting to Rosemount Transmitter Model 3051 / 3095 (integral manifold) Test / Vent: 1/4 NPT or G 1/4 female Tube fittings, MINIMESS screw couplings etc. can be installed at the process and test port Available with bracket for 2" pipe mounting, wall or rack mounting
