For one of our most important key accounts based in Cluj Romania we are looking for a
Sales / Key Account Manager (m/f/d)
for our Sales office in Ploiesti Prahova / Romania
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Professional support of the existing key account and adjacent customers
- Development of the sales area through customer acquisition and management
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through strong customer orientation
- Technical consultation, preparation and actively following up on offers and conducting sales negotiations
- Support in the development and implementation of the sales strategy in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations
- Permanent exchange with the back-office team and the technical departments
- Preparation of specific trend, market, customer and competition analyses
- Data maintenance via the CRM system Sales Force
Knowledge, skills and experience required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of three to five years previous work experience in technical sales
- Fluent in written and spoken Romanian and English
- Strong in customer acquisition as well as in building a network
- Customer-oriented and entrepreneurial approach
- Positive charisma and energy as well as strong communication and presentation skills, negotiation skills and persuasiveness
- Hands-on mentality coupled with a quality-consciousness, an independent and structured way of working as well as high self-motivation and enjoyment of working in a team
- High willingness to travel
- Based in Cluj Area (preferable)
