4 Valve Manifolds

A Type

AS-Schneider Direct Mount 4 Valve Manifolds are designed for direct mounting to Differential Pressure Transmitters with standard flange connection in accordance with DIN EN 61518 / IEC 61518 and are compatible with the Shell® MESC Specifications for Process Instrumentation. The SB Manifold can be assembled directly to a Standard Mounting Bracket SAM Type, eliminating the need for extra Mounting Accessories and reducing pipe work on site. Inlet connections are G 1/4, 1/4 NPT or 1/2 NPT female threaded, the vent connection G 1/4 or 1/4 NPT female. The connections can be fitted with or without twin ferrule compression fittings.

The Instrument connection is acc. to DIN 19213 part 2, revision 1980 or DIN EN 61518 Type A, alternatively available as Integral Manifold for Rosemount 2051/3051 CoplanarTM Pressure Transmitters. Manifold to Transmitter Mounting Kits are supplied with the manifold as standard.

The innovative design of the valve head units gives long service life and a smooth, low-torque operation. The AS-Schneider 4 Valve Manifolds, as standard, are rated to 420 bar (6,092 psi). AS-Schneider also provides the manifolds for sour gas service (acc. to NACE MR0175/MR0103 and ISO 15156), degreased and lubricated for oxygen service as well as manifolds for fugitive emission applications.
