VariAS-Blocks

AS-Schneider VariAS-Blocks are designed to replace conventional, multiple-valve installations and are close coupled to the process piping flange, for connecting process to instruments. The primary isolation valve needs to be of process design. Primary and Secondary Isolation Valve are, as standard, ball type valves with floating ball, the bleed valve can be provided as needle type valve with screwed bonnet as well as ball type valve with a 3-way T-Port ball. Process and Instrument Connections are provided, as standard, with Flange Connections acc. to ASME B 16.5.
The VariAS-Blocks are available as Single Block & Bleed or Double Block & Bleed designs. The VariAS-Blocks are available with Bore Size 10, 14 and 20 mm.

Further InformationAS-Schneider VariAS-Blocks are designed to replace conventional, multiple-valve installations and are close coupled to the process piping flange, for connecting process to instruments. The primary isolation valve needs to be of process design. Primary and Secondary Isolation Valve are, as standard, ball type valves with floating ball, the bleed valve can be provided as needle type valve with screwed bonnet as well as ball type valve with a 3-way T-Port ball. Process and Instrument Connections are provided, as standard, with Flange Connections acc. to ASME B 16.5. The innovative design of the valve head units gives long service life and a smooth, low-torque operation. The AS-Schneider VariAS-Blocks, as standard, are rated to 420 bar (6,092 psi). AS-Schneider also provides the VariAS-Blocks for sour gas service (acc. to NACE MR0175/MR0103 and ISO 15156), degreased and lubricated for oxygen service as well as VariAS-Blocks for fugitive emission applications.
