Process of an inhouse training
There's not a 'normal' process actually, because we focus our training very strongly on the needs and goals of the customer. Our employees clarify in advance just what form these will take. On this basis, we will develop a customized, practical and solution-oriented agenda. We again talk to the customers and adapt it if necessary.
Afterwards we illustrate the content in a training presentation. During training, we use also the relevant product brochures. Our experts also bring samples, patterns or drawings to the training, to better explain certain details.
A feedback discussion is held one or two weeks after the in-house training with the customer. We discuss what he has already achieved or implemented on the basis of our training and what further measures we can tackle together. The training should be not a one-time event, but part of a long-term and sustainable cooperation.
