AREA SALES MANAGER POLAND (m/f/d)

With approximately 400 employees worldwide, we stand for high-quality engineering, reliability, and innovation – proudly delivering products “Made in Germany.” As part of our strategic growth, we are expanding our presence in Central and Eastern Europe and are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to develop and grow our business in Poland.
POSITION
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager (m/f/d) who will take ownership of the Polish market. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with the work location based at your place of residence in Poland. The role includes frequent travel across the country to meet customers and develop business opportunities. Your main mission will be to expand our customer base, strengthen key account relationships, and build a strong distributor network while working closely with our international team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and support existing customers in industrial, plant engineering, energy, and utilities sectors
- Identify and acquire new customers within the assigned sales territory
- Provide technical consulting for standard and customized valve solutions and quote them as well
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Participate in trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings
- Conduct sales negotiations in accordance with company processes
- Contribute to pricing strategies and development of customer price lists
- Maintain customer and visit records in the CRM system
- Prepare analyses, forecasts, and sales planning
- Organize and conduct distributor and customer training
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in sales of customized technical solutions - ideally in measurement and control technology
- Proven track record in new customer acquisition and account management
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English - German would be beneficial
- Experience with MS Office, ERP systems, and CRM tools
- Strong sales drive combined with a customer-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel approx. 80%
