E2A Type

AS-Schneider EDM Series 2 Valve Enclosure Manifolds are manufactured for applications that require the transmitter to be mounted in an enclosure for environmental protection. Standard Instrument connections are: Flange connection for direct mounting to Pressure Transmitters in accordance with DIN EN 61518 / IEC 61518, 1/2 NPT female or swivel nut G 1/2 resp. M20 x 1,5. The standard vent connection is 1/4 NPT female. Pipe plugs are not installed as standard.

Enclosure Systems
AS-Schneider Enclosure Systems have been developed to provide a weatherproof barrier for every type of installation. Modern process measurement instrumentation needs protection not only from the effects of sun, rain, frost, aggressive atmosphere or dirt but also from accidental damage or unauthorized access.

The Enclosure Manifolds allow direct mounting to a baseplate or a back plate of the enclosures. A lot of accessories such as electrical heating systems, thermostats, junction boxes, grommets and pipestands are available. Further InformationAS-Schneider EDM Series 2 Valve Enclosure Manifolds are manufactured for applications that require the transmitter to be mounted in an enclosure for environmental protection. The innovative design of the valve head units gives long service life and a smooth, low-torque operation. The AS-Schneider 2 Valve Manifolds, as standard, are rated to 420 bar (6,092 psi). AS-Schneider also provides the manifolds for sour gas service (acc. to NACE MR0175/MR0103 and ISO 15156), degreased and lubricated for oxygen service as well as manifolds for fugitive emission applications.
