The AS-Schneider Group has grown greatly in the past: 50 percent of our skilled employees are former apprentices.

Our apprenticeship program and regular training are very important to us and go far beyond the standard - as an investment in the future - because the success of our company is greatly dependent on the qualification and commitment of our staff.
