Whistleblower Platform
Compliance with laws, rules and internal regulations, such as the new European Whistleblower Protection Act, is our top priority. We can only protect our company, our employees and our business partners if we act in accordance with the law and with integrity. Our whistleblower portal records specific indications of potential misconduct by employees of the AS-Schneider Group or our business partners.
Internal Online Reporting Channel

You have the opportunity to contact, exchange documents and communicate with our reporting officers via an online platform. This works confidentially and securely. Whistleblowers can decide for themselves whether they want to report by name or anonymously. As the Whistleblower Protection Act is a European law, we have listed our European reporting officers for you. You are welcome to make your report to these persons, even if you are from outside Europe.

The following authority appointed by the German government also accepts reports of potential misconduct as an external reporting channel: Federal Office of Justice (BfJ - Whistleblower Office (bundesjustizamt.de)).
